House Rules
It is the intention of the Board of Governors and Management of the Club to limit House Rules and regulations to the minimum required for the mutual enjoyment of the club by all members and their guests. The obligation to monitor these rules is placed primarily in the hands of a carefully selected and trained staff whose principal responsibility is to assure that all the courtesies, comforts and services expected by members of a private club, are continually provided.

GUESTS
  1. It is intended that there be no restriction to the number of guests a member may introduce to the club provided that at all times guests are accompanied by the member.

  2. Members may contact the membership department - who will issue a "Guest Card" valid for 3 weeks to their out of country / overseas guests. In this case the holder of a guest card may use club facilities without the introducing member being present however the Club Member will be responsible for all charges incurred by his guest.

  3. Guest usage of the clubs facilities will be carefully monitored and restrictions may be enforced or lifted as seen fit by the club management from time to time.

DRESS CODE

On level 27 and 28, the clubs formal facilities, ladies and gentlemen are requested not to wear shorts, T-shirts or denims or sports/canvas shoes at any time. It is the member's responsibility to advise their guests of the club's dress code.

SUSPENSION / LATE CHARGE

The failure of a member to pay promptly all dues and charges is to the detriment of fellow members. Member's accounts unpaid 30 days after the billing date shall be considered delinquent and a late charge equal to five (5) % per month of the past due amount shall be added to the members next statement.
