• Transferability
An individual or Corporate Membership may be transferred to another individual or corporation respectively subject to the approval of the proposed transferee by the Membership Committee, upon payment of the applicable transfer fee set by the Club and in accordance with other conditions in the Club By-Laws. • Resignation
A member may resign from the Club upon giving not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice by registered post to the Club premises, by returning the Membership card, and by paying all dues and other charges for which such member is liable. Upon resignation of membership, the Member shall not thereafter be subject to any further dues or other charges. It being understood, however, that dues and charges owing by any Member to the Club may no be offset against the Joining Fee paid by such Member.
• Assumption of Liability
Members understand that subject to the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and Conditions of Membership of Financial Club Jakarta, and those as may from time to time be enforced, the Club shall determine the dues which will be charged to all Members of the Financial Club Jakarta.
Membership in the Financial Club Jakarta does not confer upon the Member any ownership of or liability for, the property and assets owned by the Club Members agree to be personally liable for the payment of the applicable membership dues and charges incurred by them, their family and guests in connection with the Financial Club Jakarta. If the person, partnership, body corporate or unincorporated association indicated by the member as being responsible for payment of the same does not do so, then a member's liability for such payment shall be joint and several with such partnership, body corporate or unincorporated association. |
